The Biggest Loser – Day 57 – Week 9

Time to kick on the afterburners. I am currently 3rd place in our contest. The top person is going to be hard to beat out at this point. He has 17.20% weight loss where I am 8.30%.
I have a month left, so time to give him a serious run for his money. If I lose another 20 lbs, I could achieve a 20% weight loss. I am going for it! The weather is better, so I have no excuses. 5 lbs. a week for the next 4 weeks. I can do it!

Missed the weigh in due to being sick. I am currently at 202 lbs. About 8.31% total weight loss.
Award Winning Eye of the Tiger Chili Recipe

Want a chili recipe that will stand out from the crowd? This chili is rich and hearty. Sure to be a crowd pleaser. The complexity of flavor comes from the use of spicy sausage and dark chocolate. The name is inspired from my 3.5 year old son. He can sing a mean Eye of the Tiger which is the essence of this chili.
Eye of the Tiger Ingredients
- 2lbs Jimmy Dean Hot sausage
- 2 29oz cans of Hunts tomato sauce
- 2 cans Hunts Fire Roasted tomatoes
- 1 can Joan of Arc kidney beans

I have been playing guitar off and on for the good part of 18 years now. I think I’ve mostly been off. I have a real passion for playing, but work and life always get in the way. As an experiment, I decided to record myself where I am then do the same a month or so from now. Maybe I will be a little better?
